We hope that you love all your purchases from Bold Mothers Collective. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase.

Digital Products
All digital downloads (planners, curriculum, and other resources) are final sale and not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges due to their electronic nature.

Physical Products
Physical items are eligible for a full refund if returned within 7 days of delivery. After this timeframe, your item will not be eligible for return.

Items must be in unused, original condition to be accepted.

We cannot accept returns on products that are used, worn, washed, or damaged.

Tags (if applicable) must remain attached and items must be free from stains, odors, pet hair, or other signs of wear.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Return Instructions
To begin a return, please contact us at boldmotherscollective@gmail.com with your order number and details. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged Items
Damaged or defective items must be reported within 2 days of receiving your order. Please email us with photo proof so we can make it right.
​
Please note: Slight color variations of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting, or photography will not qualify as damaged.
